What you need to prepare

  • Please use our Mizutaki set with vegetables such as cabbage, mizuna, white onions, and enoki mushrooms, as well as ingredients such as tofu and noodles for the final dish, as you like.

    *Vegetables with a lot of water will dilute the soup.
